I'm Ruby, I have a passion for food and ever since discovering my gluten intolerance I have loved experimenting with different recepies in the kitchen. Discovering my gluten intolerance was a challenge at first and very expensive, ounce I found the gluten free community and started to spend more time in the kitchen I loved using different  ingredients and alternatives, whilst experimenting with some quick and easy recipes for you to enjoy.
